Our History:Our founding partners started practicing together in 1969 and formed Periodontal Associates of Memphis, the oldest Group Periodontal Specialty Practice in Memphis. Many procedures used in Periodontics today were developed in our office. Drs. Craddock and Godat are specialists in Periodontics and Dental Implants. |

 The Periodontist is an expert in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease affecting the supporting structures of the teeth; your gums and bone. We provide comprehensive periodontal care from the prevention of gum disease, to gum and bone restoration as well as crown lengthening to save teeth, cosmetic periodontal surgery to enhance the beauty of your smile, and dental implants for tooth replacement. |
We were the first Periodontal Office in the MidSouth to offer the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP) and the VersaWave Laser to perform conservative surgical treatment.
Although no one likes to go to the doctor or dentist, we strive to make your visits with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We strongly believe your comfort is an important part of quality dental care. Part of keeping you comfortable may involve sedation dentistry.
Drs. Craddock and Godat believe that your right to choose a dentist is an important freedom. We work closely with your dentist, but a referral by a dentist is not required to visit our office. We also welcome referrals from patients and friends of the practice.
We are extraordinarily proud of our treatment team, which is comprised of caring and dedicated professionals. They ensure your treatment and administrative needs are met as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
