Periodontal Associates of Memphis – Meet our Team!
Periodontal Maintenance Hygienists
Susan, RDH As our longest tenured hygienist, Susan has been with PAM for 37 years! How does she do it? She loves taking care of all her wonderful patients. Born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and eventually Memphis, she attended college at Memphis State and completed her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Susan is married with three children and two grandchildren. When she’s not dedicating herself to her patients, you can find her cooking, reading, and hanging out with her cat Oscar.
Jane, RDH Jane has been with PAM since 1991, our second longest tenured team member right behind Susan. Born and raised in Memphis, Jane traveled across the state to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and returned to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. She loves to help her patients work toward achieving complete health through dental care and enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
Linda, RDH Linda is such a blessing to work with – Periodontal Associates is lucky to have her! Linda has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University and started here in 2000 as a periodontal maintenance hygienist. Now, as our Director of Education, Linda organizes our Hygiene Study Club and coordinates monthly Doctor Study Club meetings, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. She also handles our marketing, pays weekly visits to referring dentists all over the city, plans our annual referral seminar, and fills in as a hygiene sub when needed. Whew! In addition to her work at the office, she serves as Chairmen of Hygiene Cleanings for the Mid-South Mission of Mercy, a Charitable Dental Clinic. At home, she loves being a first time “Lulu” to her grandson, gardening, and shopping.
Lyric, RDH Lyric decided to make dental work her full time career after performing with theater groups for several years. She attended the University of Memphis and Concorde Career College and became one of Periodontal Associates hygienists in January of 2016. When asked why she chose to be a Hygienist, she remarked she loves seeing the complex cases that come through our office and the wonderful new smiles and healthy we achieved. She also enjoys learning from our doctors. Lyric lives here in Memphis with her husband and new baby, and spends her time riding her bike, playing the ukulele, and hanging out with her puppy Winston.
Danielle, RDH Danielle came to be part of our Team in 2017 as our Accounts Payable Coordinator, but there’s more to her than meets the eye. Danielle is also a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and provides Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings from time to time. A native of Connecticut, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Tennessee in 2003 and has called Memphis her home ever since. Whether it’s completing office work or periodontal maintenance cleanings, Danielle loves seeing smiles on patients who have forgotten how until they’ve had treatment here in our office. In her spare time, she loves crafting, boating, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. Craddock’s Team
Lindsey, RDH You can always find Lindsey lending a helping hand or making time to educate patients about their treatment and how it relates to their total body health. Born in Memphis and raised in Brighton, Lindsey decided to pursue dental hygiene after she went through her own dental implant treatment at the age of 17. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Memphis before pursuing her Bachelors of Dental Hygiene at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where she graduated in 2013. When she’s not busy working as Dr. Craddock’s Surgical Hygienist and Team Leader, she spends her time keeping up with her two boys at baseball practice, going out with her friends, and enjoying a glass of wine with her amazing hubby. They also have one dog, Forrest Gump the Boxer.
Shonna, RDA Our early bird, Shonna, is always the first person to work in the morning. If there’s anything you need, she’s right there to help in any way she can. Shonna finished her degree from Concorde Career College in 2015 and joined our practice not long after. What’s her favorite part of practicing Periodontics, you ask? She loves keeping people healthy and learning all there is to know about new technologies for Periodontal and Dental Implant surgery. Outside of work, she is active in her church and spends time with her two children and family back in Missouri where she was born and raised.
Whitney, RDA Whitney joined Periodontal Associates of Memphis in 2016 as one of Dr. Craddock’s Assistants. She was born and raised in Tipton County, where she attended Dyersburg State Community College. She received her Dental Assistant certification from the Dental Staff School in Franklin, TN. One of the things Whitney enjoys most about working with our office is the opportunity to learn about all the different aspects of periodontal care, dental implants and surgery. Fay, RDA As the most recent addition to Dr. Craddock’s team, Fay has really taken the opportunity to spread her wings here at PAM. As Dr. Craddock’s assistant, she enjoys providing outstanding care to everyone and educating patients about the importance of healthy teeth and gums. A native Memphian, Fay attended Tennessee Tech for her dental assistant degree and has been practicing since 2001. She enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, taking nice walks, and spending time outdoors.
Ceci Ceci has been Dr. Craddock’s Treatment Coordinator since she joined the team in 2015. A native of San Diego, Ceci has lived all over the United States, including Hawaii and Seattle, and made Memphis her home in 2004. What a family!
Alyx Alyx joined Dr. Godat’s team as a Treatment Coordinator in 2016 and has loved every minute of her time at PAM. Alyx’s combined 7 years of medical and dental experience have taught her to be compassionate and understanding – a vital trait that we could not do without. In her spare time, you can find her at a kickboxing class or spending quality time with her husband and two dogs, Mila and Echo.

After 20 years of working with us at PAM, first as an Assistant, then at the Front Office and as Insurance Coordinator, she always comes in with a bright smile and a helping heart. In her opinion, we have the best patients and referring offices, and she is blessed to be involved in getting to know our patients and watch them achieve mouth and overall health. Melissa is married to her amazing husband of 18 years and loves spending time with her four children at the ballpark, or the beach, and playing with her dog “Awesome Jack”.

She loves to read and can frequently be found cuddling with her two kittens, Ollie and Lily.

Lesley is from Memphis and originally planned to become a nurse, but decided that her family came first. She now has a large family and 3 grandbabies, along with her puppies Scooter and Bobby. Lesley also loves to quilt, paint, and travel with her boyfriend.
Albany Albany has been our Collections Coordinator since 2015. She also assists with insurance and is a master of creating various reports for the office.
